The objective
of Mission #1 is to develop a stakeholder
engagement framework for the Spey based on
the lessons learned in the Motueka. We recognise
that the resources for research and collaborative
investigations carried out in a national programme
like Motueka ICM cannot be replicated in every
catchment; the experiences and knowledge –
including both successes and failures - from
the Motueka programme can be distilled into
useful guidelines for designing an effective
stakeholder engagement strategy for the Spey. |
