   Special Interest Groups (SIGs) are formally established by the Steering Committee in order to provide forums for discussion and co-operation in areas of relevance for TwinBasin : more information.

Guidelines to propose a Twining :

1°) Sign the MoU-Memorandum of Understanding

2°) Establish a "twinning agreement": (171 Ko)

3°) Submit theirs proposals of missions through the document called " :

w Proposals should be coherent with the Mobility Rules (202 Ko)

For each mission the twinners have to make a report with the reference frame
